Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds if the item is defective or there is a fulfillment error. Refunds are not provided for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue and your order number. We will replace it at no extra cost.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Orders are sent to production very quickly, so changes are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately, and we’ll try to help if the item hasn’t entered production yet.

How long does shipping take?

Production usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping:

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • International: 8–20 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the address is incorrect and the order returns to our fulfillment center, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
